Q: What is the minimum amount of time you will clean for?
A: 2 hours per visit.
Q: How much do you charge per hour?
A: We charge £15 per hour for regular domestic cleaning including VAT. For business and office cleaning and other services, please contact us.
Q: Can I have a one-off spring clean?
A: yes, please call to discuss in more detail and we agree a set fee for this service.
Q: How do you access my property?
A: You can provide us with a key or you can be there to let us in to the property.
Q: Do I have to be out when you clean my house as I work from home?
A: No, we are happy for you to stay at the property. We will clean the areas we can readily access, without disturbance to you.
Q: Will I have the same cleaner each week?
A: We will do our best to provide the same cleaner. Please bear in mind that we will have team members who take holiday or may be unwell to work. At this point we will contact you so that you are fully informed.
Q: Can you clean my house with my dogs here?
A: Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Q: Do I have to supply my own cleaning products?
A: Yes for regular domestic cleaning - cleaning materials and equipment (hoover, mop, bucket etc.) must be provided by the customer. All equipment must be safe to operate, in full working condition and must not require any special skills to be used for the purpose of cleaning. If you ask the team member to purchase said items on your behalf, you understands that a £2.00 per hour service charge will apply and will be added to the hourly rate.
Q: Do I have to sign up to a minimum contract or number of cleans/amount of time?
A: No, you are not tied in to a contract, we respectfully ask that you give 30 days’ notice.
Q: What happens if you break something that belongs to me while cleaning my home?
A: While the team members make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacements are always attempted but not guaranteed. For this reason, we request that all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away and /or not cleaned by the cleaners.
In case of damage, we will repair the item at its cost. If the item cannot be repaired we will rectify the problem by crediting you with the item’s present actual cash value toward a like-for-like replacement from our source upon payment of cleaning services rendered.
Q: What happens if I am not happy with the clean on a particular day?
A: Please contact us within 24hrs of the clean so that this can be resolved.
